Action Research
Hello Everyone!
Welcome to my very first soiree with Action Research.
As a student in the fantastic two-year dual Masters/credential program at University of San Diego, I am privileged to be able to work with some amazing professors and mentors to conduct a research project that is relevant to my students, my teaching, and the things I am passionate about.
And it all started here:
Welcome to my very first soiree with Action Research.
As a student in the fantastic two-year dual Masters/credential program at University of San Diego, I am privileged to be able to work with some amazing professors and mentors to conduct a research project that is relevant to my students, my teaching, and the things I am passionate about.
And it all started here:
This. This is my Omoi. But what is one's Omoi? What does that even mean?
It means you are passionate. It means you have parts of you that rise to the surface even when you aren't looking. Or trying. Or wanting.
It is, to put it in my professor's words, one's "deep-seated feelings about education."
My hope is that this can stand alone. I do not intend to explain my Omoi here. Please, follow me as I progress through my action research. Feel free to ask questions, challenge, and present perspectives that I, or other readers, may not have thought of. I truly believe that you will see my omoi embedded in every aspect of my research.
